I have been working at Microsoft as Software Engineer since 2019. I am working with different teams within Azure to design, build, test and deliver monitoring web application for internal Microsoft employees with ReactJS, Javascript/TypeScript and C#. I lead projects such as Resource-centric navigation (integrated with features such as Dashboard, DGrep and Kusto Query, Monitors, etc), distributed tracing integration and Grafana integration.

Before joining Microsoft, I worked as Software Engineer at University of Florida Information Technology. I worked with a team of engineers to build the next-generation self-service application (ONE.UF) for students and faculties at University of Florida with Javascript/AngularJS/NodeJS. I was also a lead engineer for projects, such as Python FCGI web application with Canvas Integration, C# ASP.NET web form application on IIS for UF Alumni Association, cloud based C# ASP.NET web form application for Research Computing, and CIRRIG Android native application.

Interests

Apart from being a softwrae engineer, I enjoy outdoor activites, swimming, biking, jogging and badminton (It could be outdoor, but preferably not to). I also like to travel to different places and experience different cultures. Most of the time, my travels involve hiking for breath-taking scenes. I have been to a lot of places in the US and in Asia. My next exploration will be in Europe or South America.

When I am indoor, I like to read books. The most recent book that I finished reading is The Road Less Traveled by M. Scott Peck, where he shared his wisdom on life and spiritual growth. From time to time, I would catch a good movie. It could be science fiction, adventure or action. When I am bored, I would do some algorithmn problems ;), here is a portion of problems that I worked on recently.
